Title: dumped items

today I have noticed a mattress dumped near the bridge at Rose Hill, is there a phone number known to complain about this? I wouldn't mind but the tip is only around the corner from where it has been dumped!!!!! some people are so lazy! it looks disgusting!

Report it to the Streetscene Hotline on freephone 0800 068 4996. Their normal response to these issues is said to be on a 24 hour basis although this can vary on the extent of the fly tipping.

There is a reward scheme too, if you can report details of who did it, but I assume it's not applicable in this case.
