The chef from the Duke of York Romily has moved to the Spring Gardens. They will be doing Turkish and traditional English. Turkish night 26/2/09. From this Monday.

Lunch special (turkish) choice of any starter and any main for £8.95 or evening Tue/Wed/Thurs 2 courses for £11.95. Springlebury 2009 23/24 May weekend tickets £10 or £6 day ticket. Live bands etc.

Looks like the Springers has closed (obviously the Turkish nosh didn't do the trick)   :'(  Another pub bites the dust - which one will be next.   ???
