Will the C charge placard on Stockport Rd under the Welcome to Marple sign be there?

Talking about those signs, why do we have one on each side of the road and at what cost?

Also I see there are two new signs near the Navigation, one is a direction sign to the car park- fair enough:

The other new one is at the entrance to the car park, saying "Welcome to to the car park", is this costly sign really needed

or is the budget being preserved?

Alan hope the "to to" is a typo or SMBC are wasting money on naf signs. ;D
