Title: Council Compost

Does anyone know if you can buy compost of the council from the green bin collections and if so, where and how much?

I know that over in Dukinfield where i live, you can buy the compost from our brown bins at the local refuge centre for a couple of pounds so maybe if you ask at the local refuge,they may be able to help you and have more information
