Caroline Walsh at Benfield on Cowlishaw may have some honey this year and I can vouch for it working. My daughter has terrible hayfever and has been taking honey for the last year and is hardly suffering this year.

Further to my above post (in May) about local honey being sold at Etherow Garden Centre in Compstall -

I made a fresh enquiry the other day. The supplier in Romiley has had problems with their hives for several months, so they don't have any in stock.

I visit Etherow every couple of months and will report back when the bees have been busy!
