Title: burst pipe

just been on the news this morning, burst water pipe/mains
causing traffic problems between the windsor castle and the norfolk

Burst water pipe under footpath outside apartments .old coop building been there since nov .no traffic problems at the moment .theres allso one across the road under footpath .reason for bursts in that area very high water pressure .

There are now traffic lights at lower fold while they start to repair the burst .trafic not to bad only at school times .
