Tennessee Jacks has a 'To let' sign outside today. Pub business to let through Enterprise.
Not actually been in myself but looks lovely inside.

That's the place that was formerly the Spring Gardens, then Marco Marco, then Cibo, before it briefly became Tennessee Jack's . Not an encouraging history,  sadly.   :(
