Title: Recommendations for Vets

I'm about to adopt a cat. Any recommendations for a good small animal vet within, say, 5 mile radius of Marple? The vet I use for my horse only does equines.

I used to use the vet on Hibbert Lane but that was in Mr Orhan's day so I know nothing of them nowadays.

The Hibbert Lane vet is where I take my two cats for their annual service.  They seem pretty competent and provide a good service.  They also own the cattery down by Wyevale that I have used several times when I have had to go away.

I also use the Marple Veterinary Centre for my animals. Seem to be perfectly competent and quite thorough and have dealt with us very sympathetically when the inevitable arrives for elderly animals.

We have used the Grove Vets in New Mills for many years, and have always been very happy with their work.

We use Hibbert Lane too. They are very good.
