Title: Volunteers needed to help collect cash donations for Marie Curie Daffodil Appeal

Can you spare a couple of hours to help collect cash donations for the Marie Curie Great Daffodil Appeal on Friday 4th, Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th March 2016 at Marple Garden Centre, Otterspool?

You can sign up for a volunteer time slot online at mariecurie.org.uk and follow the link for the Great Daffodil Appeal. Then choose a day and time to collect and register your contact details...simple! Every £20 raised will fund an hour of care for a terminally ill person and support for their family.

Many thanks to everyone who gave their help and support during the collection. The new fund raising group has been officially launched and the next meeting will be 18th April in the Navigation Pub Marple at 7 p.m. New members welcome.
