Title: Northumberland Arms. (The Thumb)

I went in this pub the other night for no other reason than that I had never been in it before. What a little and as far as I can tell ignored gem it is. I recommend a visit.

That set me looking at the Web site pub guide and what an amazing number of pubs on the guide are now closed.

Wheels, we have found something we can agree on - at last!   ;D  The Thumb is indeed an excellent little pub.

Dam Dave you know how to ruin my day.

My visit to The Thumb has set me thinking which other local pubs I've never been in. I can see a mini project developing.
