Title: Proposed demolition of garages on Waterside by Mossbank Homes

I have been asked to share the following correspondence on the web site to bring it to the attention of Marple residents.
It concerns the termination of Garage licences on Waterside and demolition of the garages.

The homeowners should talk to each other quickly and make a joint offer to buy the land......

There is a lot of garages/"land that used to garage" up for sale in Stockport, so I think this is not just a Marple issue, with the owners of garages no longer being able to make money renting them out.
