Handcrafted Christmas Sale in support of Friends of Marple Memorial Park
Sunday 26th November 10am - 4.30pm at Hawk Green Reading Room, Marple.
Christmas Cards * Christmas Decorations * Gifts * Cake Stall - All lovingly hand-crafted by volunteers and supporters of Friends of Marple Memorial Park. Refreshments and Tombola too!
Free Admission.
Please note some stalls can only take payment in cash - please come prepared! Thank you!

Tilda Makes + Rose and Fern at the Handcrafted Christmas Sale: 26 November 2023!
We are delighted that stallholder Tilda Makes plus Rose + Fern will be supporting Friends of Marple Memorial Park at the Handcrafted Christmas Sale in Hawk Green Reading Room on Sunday 26 November.
Tilda Makes is a young crochet addict making cute plushies, Christmas decorations and key-rings, while Rose + Fern will be bringing handmade hair accessories and Christmas decorations.
Together they will be extending the fantastic range of items on offer at the event.

Friends of Marple Memorial Park at the Handcrafted Christmas Sale: 26 November 2023!
Friends of the Park will have their very own stall at the Handcrafted Christmas Sale in the Hawk Green Reading Room on Sunday 26 November. This will feature handmade Christmas cards, Christmas tags, Pyramid gift boxes for your tree and wine bottle waistcoats to ensure your favourite tipple is dressed for the festivities.
On the Friends of the Park stall, ALL PROCEEDS go to the Park Fund!

Handcrafted Christmas Sales boosts Park Fund!
£954 in 2023 and £2,458 raised for the park so far...
Friends of Marple Memorial Park have to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to spend their money at the Handcrafted Christmas Sale in Hawk Green Reading Room on 26 November, or purchased bulbs and stars in our pre and after-sales. We can now reveal that an amazing final total of £954 was raised for the Park Fund, just pipping last year's total!
Although many aspects of the event are easier to organise with two successes under our belt, we were doubtful we could top last year's result in the current financial climate. So it's with great pleasure that we report the numbers above. Contributions to this fantastic total included £241 from the Tombola, £218 from Jewellery and Christmas Decorations by B'Dazzled Jewellery & Gifts, £120 from stallholders, £117 from the Cake Sale, £106 from handmade cards and gifts and a £50 donation from a lady called Ann, who makes cushions.
