I'm not sure why, but the name of Marple has a far distant familiar ring.  My grandfather, Joseph Reding, was from the Manchester area and is buried somewhere there.  Can someone please help me locate him.  My mother is Margaret Reding and was born in July, 1933.  She did like many others and married a US serviceman and moved here to the states.  I do not know much about our family abroad as most of them are gone as far as I know.  My grandfather's wife's name was Edith, but this was not my mother's mother.  Her mother died when she was very young.  I do know that my mother lived with her grandparents by the name of Roebottom when she was young.  These could have been her mother's parents or Edith's.  My father, Charles G. Schwab, served in the US Air Force and was stationed near there in the early 50's where he met my mom.  She also had a sister named Joan and brothers named Peter and Alan(allen?)  Alan served in the British Navy and died of Leukemia I think.  Peter died  young of Muscular Dystrophy or something like it.  Does anyone recognize this information?  I hope so...
