The search for next year's Marple Carnival Rosebud, Princess and Carnival Queen is now hotting up with the deadline of end December 2008 for applications fast approaching.
So if a little girl or young lady in your family has ever had a dream of dressing up and being treated like a princess for a whole year, then the Marple Carnival Committee are loking for her!
The age groups are: Rosebud 5 to 7 years, Princess 7 to 10 years and Carnival Queen 11 to 18 years.
Here is a poster that can be put up in schools or clubs to tell everyone about the search.
