How do I send photos?

Thanks for your message Glynis, to receive photos for the Tour from as far away as Australia will be brilliant! I've sent you and email with instructions on how to scan them and send via email.

We are also happy to receive them on CD or in the post. Originals should be sent recorded delivery and we will send them back the same way after scanning. We will also pay the postage both ways.

Being born in Hawk Green and living in Marple I have a lot of old photos I have here in Australia with me that I have kept. I would like to contribute to the website tour but need to have the photos back for my daughter and grandchildren to keep. How do I get the photos to you, can I scan them and send via email with the information or do you need the actual photos to scan in the uk? Please could you let me know and I will endeavour to look through them in the next couple of weeks and get some ready. Most of them have never been seen before as they are family photos and school photos from Marple Hall Grammar and Rose Hill Primary School . I regularly come to the website and am a member so you can reply via that area or I think Mark has my email address he can give you to reply
