I agree.  You can get cheaper fish, but it won't be better (or fresher).   :P

It's all relative, live had fresher and better at north shields but the guy in Marple is a he'll of a lot better than tesco or waitrose and even moggys

It may be expensive but for a small business providing an excellent choice of fish I think the extra we pay is worth it. If you factor the cost of going to Stockport into the equation it is more than likely going to be cheaper in the long run.
