The current state of play is that we're all still waiting for something to happen !
We were lead to believe that a tenant had been found last year (this is still the case we believe), BUT there may now be a current problem about the leasing details (the legal bit!)- remember the former Hanbury site was TWO units originally.
We hope the issues (Commercial arrangements ?) will soon be settled and this eyesore will be sorted out, and stop being a blot on the landscape in a prominent position in the middle of Marple, and next door to to a refurbished park entrance !

Does anybody know what is the current state of play with regard to Marple's biggest eyesore?  I saw an application for changes to the frontage recently but nothing seems to be happening.
