Mark Barton is no longer around, last seen he was heading off in a boat around the world!

Update.

I talk to some of Josh Robinson staff that was putting up a new fence at their site using 3 diggers!   They said a “man and digger” was about £350 + vat for a day.

I found someone on ebay that did a very good job for a lot less, he is based in Ashton under Lyne, his details are 0161 330 3649 or 07979 530095.

There is a company called Josh Robinson Excavations down near Marple Tip at Rose Hill - just at the entrance to Rose Hill Station - good reports I hear.

A few years ago we used a great guy called Mark Barton from over New Mills way trading as "Mark's Mini Diggers", but I dunno if he's still around. These days we hire our own digger!! Cheaper and more fun, especially if you get friends around. Everyone secretly wants a go!!

Can anyone recommend a “man and digger” service in Marple, I need a mini digger with a skilled person to operate it. – a skip loader would also be great.
