We are really enjoying your daily reports and look forward to all the photos.  How about a booklet of the events when you get back?  Mum better now and washing up again. Bye for now. Love from Upwood.

Hi Peter and Mark   Sorry we were too far away to see you off.  We are keeping up to date on your web site.  Hope you don't get too wet on the outside.  See you soon.

Love from mum barbara and allan.

Hi there Ben Obi-Wan Kenobi

Am printing off your reports every couple of days so that the chaps in Washington (House that is) can see where you're up to.
Rosie is very pleased with the number of duck friendly photos that have appeared and I thought the canal junction panarama was a great idea.

Keep up the great work boys- the updates are great to read and if you fancy leaving a drop of the old JD in the motorhome !!
If you can drop a few lines here before tomorrow night we will report to all at the quiz night.

Good luck.

didn't make the start-sorry- but the weather (and a hangover) didn't help.

Looking forward to keeping tabs on you via the forum.

Good luck Mark,  '<img'> Needless to say I'm not going to see you off due to my fame as a "fair weather walker". If you do post pictures of you looking more like you've been doing a sponsored canal swim than a walk I'll try printing them off and maybe there will be an increase sympathy contribution from your colleagues ':p'. But considering that Brian's wedding photos look as though he was having his wedding in (not by) the swimming pool I wouldn't bank on it.

All the best - we look forward to detailed reviews of all hostelries on the route.

Peter and I will be departing on the Sponsored Walk from the Iron Bridge in Brabyns Park at 10.00 am on Saturday morning, 8th May and we'll be delighted if there's a bit of a crowd to see us off!

We're also please to advise that the technological hurdles appear to have been overcome and we should be able to bring visitors to the web site a daily report and photographs whilst we are on route.

All we need now is the weather  '<img'>

DON'T FORGET THERE'S STILL TIME TO SPONSOR US - For more details please follow this link '90 MILE STROLL'

I'm pleased to advise that we collected sponsorship of £506.54 towards the Iron Bridge restoration during our two Saturdays at the Co-Op. Many thanks to everyone who sponsored us and to the Co-Op for allowing us to use their facilities.

The CO-OP in Marple have kindly agreed to allow us to collect sponsorship in the store on Saturday 24th April and Saturday 1st May for our '90 MILE STROLL'.

We hope that local people will support our efforts by sponsoring us for as much, or as little, as they can afford and we thank the CO-OP for their generous support.
