Society of Marple Artists 50th Annual Exhibition [20 - 21 April 2018]

I've just been up to the SMA preview at the Methodist Church, it's well worth a visit and is open day and evening tomorrow and day Saturday. Some lovely stuff on display, I've bought a lovely pastel by Jean Mayo but there's lots of interesting stuff on display

SMA 50th Annual Exhibition Friday 20th to Saturday 21st April 2018

The event will be held, as usual, in the Methodist Church Hall, Church Lane, Marple, SK6 7AY on Friday 20th April from 10.00am until 9.00pm and on Saturday 21st April from 10.00am until 5.00pm.

Around 300 original new paintings and usually a small number of sculptures by the 100 members will be on display, giving visitors an opportunity to view and buy a wide range of work covering a variety of subjects, styles and media.

Members will be on hand to provide assistance and discuss their work.

Entry to the exhibition is free and refreshments are available.
