Wednesdays 12.15-1.15pm Dynamic Yoga
Thursdays 8.05-9.05pm Flowing YogaAll 3 of these classes are more physically challenging. We will look at different postures each week to explore variations of movement. This will enable you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. The aim of these classes is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways.
Fridays 10-11am Gentle YogaThis gentle class is great for anyone who wants to explore more leisurely movements and is interested in developing their inner experience. This is suitable for beginners or people who want a slower pace of class.
