The next Stockport Hydro Guided Tours are:

Sunday 8 July 10am to 1pm:  as part of Community Energy Fortnight.

Saturday 28 July 1pm to 3pm: to coincide with Chadkirk Well Dressing at nearby Chadkirk Chapel and the Well Dressing Festival.

Stockport Hydro is open for Spring and Summer Tours

Take a stroll down to Otterspool to visit our two Archimedes screws, Thunder and Lightning,who have been operational since October 2012, generating renewable electricity which is fed into the National Grid. Shareholders would be delighted to meet you and give you a guided tour.

10am to 1pm on 6 May and 8 July 2018
