A great new event at Oldknow's Lime Kilns

Despite the wet weather Friends of Oldknow's Lime Kilns held a great little event that will hopefully become another regular fixture in Marple's Christmas Calendar.

From 5pm on Friday 20 December Friends of Oldknow's Lime Kilns are bringing Christmas magic to the Lime Kilns with twinkling lights and music while you tuck into a pulled turkey bun, a slice of cake and a nice hot drink ..... not to mention the beautiful scenery of the kilns themselves!
