Chaat Cart some form of mini Wetherspoons?
RBS to an italian/Wine Bar ?
Ex-Chui's has a licence ..

Ex-Chuis has planning permission for a restaurant/takeaway if I remember correctly.  But (unless something has changed) it has no operator - it's up for lease.

Why do you describe the old Chaat Cart as some form of mini Wetherspoons?  I haven't been past it in the last week but all I saw from the window was that they'd painted it a creamy colour inside.
