100th Birthday Treasure Hunt raises almost £4,000 for the park!

The Friends of Marple Memorial Park's 100th Birthday Family Treasure Hunt seemed to go down well with park visitors on Saturday and we've had lots of positive comments, thank you!



We've now updated the Friends of the Park web site with a full and detailed report, including the headline news that almost £4,000 was raised towards our Outdoor Exercise Equipment Project. Look out for more news on that in the near future. So we must say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to our MEGA, Premier and Regular Sponsors who contributed £1,202, £1,150 and £180 respectively, and our fabulous Raffle Prize Donors, whose generosity helped us raise a further £705 with the raffle.
