Peak Way Walk presentation by author Ken Reece at Marple Library
Tuesday 7th March 7pm - 8pm, Doors at 6:45pmThe Peak Way Walk was created, during the Pandemic lockdown, by experienced long-distance hiker Ken Reece from Stockport, who has enjoyed most of his day walks in the Peak District. He published a guidebook 'Walking the Peak Way' which is packed with lots of information for planning and undertaking the walk. He also created a website
https://www.peakwaywalk.com/ which has attracted visitors from throughout the UK and around the world.
Ken's presentation will talk about how he conceived the idea, how he created the route and learned how to self-publish the guidebook and create a website. He will make a visual presentation of the Peak Way Walk and there will be the opportunity to ask questions. His guidebook "Walking the Peak Way' will be available at a special price for anyone attending the event.
