Santa's visit to Rose Hill Station [Monday 4 December 2023]

We have more details about Santa's arrival at Rose Hill Station:

An invitation to greet and meet Santa as he arrives by Train on Monday 4th December 2023 at Rose Hill Station

The event will start at 4.15pm in preparation for Santa arriving on the train around 4.20pm where he will be met on the station platform by the Mayor and Mayoress of Stockport and then move on to his grotto in the car park to meet the children and give out goody bags.

We regret that access to the platform will be restricted to the Welcoming Party and train passengers only.

Goody bags are courtesy of Northern Trains and Friends of Rose Hill Station as are mince pies and hot drinks which will also be available to all who are passing through the station until around 6.00pm.

There is no charge for this event but donations welcome.

An important message from Friends of Rose Hill Station about Santa's visit on Monday 4 December!

Hello all! Friends of Rose Hill Station are planning their annual Santa Arrival at Rose Hill Station event for Monday 4th December between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm this year.  However, they really need around five more volunteers to help with crowd queuing, safety and handing out refreshments etc. to ensure that this event is as successfully as last year.
