My husband has been there since it was taken over, and totaly hated it '<img'>

Think it was a kareoke night he went on , he said it was packed to the brim with no atmosphere at all, and was full of youngsters who dont get served in the other pubs.

Yes, it has now re-opened.  I could go on but it will get nasty.  Some things you just have to personally experience.  Good luck.

Anyone got any insider information about the changes at the Spring Gardens.  I drive past there nearly everyday and have noted that it has been done up on the outside, new signs, paint etc and that they have been doing up the inside as well.  Are there new landlords in?  Will the animals still be there - they have been looking a bit sad lately.
