Yes, it's an excellent, popular and very well run pub.  The hard-working Joe and Sue will be a hard act to follow.  Let's hope someone comes along who can maintain the high standard of food and drink and the friendly service.

I read it as 7 years remaining on the 20 year lease.....

Hope any interested buyers can keep up the standard of the Stockton's. One of the best pubs in the area IMHO...

I see the Sportsmans is up for sale owing to retirement. Price is £90k although rent is £37K per year excluding VAT. They have 7 years left of a 20 year lease.
