Not wanting to hijack the OWLS thread, I see there is a "Making Nests and Bat boxes" event at Chadkirk Chapel, 15th November from 1-30pm. Suitable for all the family - £2-50 per box. I don't think I will be able to make it (besides, I've enough bats naturally in the garden already) but would be interested to hear how successful any participants are in encouraging these insect vultures. Any volunteers?

(Now, if only they could breed a slug bat  ;D)
