Noticed quite a few, specially that one near the college on Hibbert lane where the road used to flood when there was a trickle of rain water. Drains replaced, hole filled in and two days later some one marking it out to be refilled as it's sunk!  ::)

Certainly have Badger. Have you seen the repair job on the corner of Empress ave and Church Street near the Cottage surgery? The rain water nearly goes to the other side of the road.

I've noticed not so much as a mistake, (but may be a cut back or lack of experience on the job) the potholes that are filled in by the Moles always end up convex, ie: sunk as though not enough filler
has been inserted, and so is still an indent in the road but not as deep, has anyone else noticed in there area ?   ???

Can you believe that the  memorial to Danny Winter has been removed  from the War memorial in Marple park? It has only just been inscripted, It seems it had a spelling mistake and will be have to be done again. The mind boggles!!! In the terraced  street where I live, two new lamposts were erected to replace a very old one. They were set so close to the houses they were touching the gutters. Guess what? About six weeks later they were moved to the edge of the kerb where they should be. At what cost I wonder? Does any one else know of any stupid mistakes in the area?
