They have been replaced with black metal bins,  maybe I didnt notice them so much before but there are lots and lots of them

The concrete ones that were installed in abundance about 2 years ago. Street bins, that's the sort of bins!  ::)

Anyone know why the council have ripped all the bins out around the college on Hibbert Lane? Two blokes have been ripping them out and loading them on to the back of a pickup all morning.
