HELP with Collection in Asda Marple, 10, 11, 12 & 15 December?

Thanks to a number of volunteers coming forward between Friends of the Park and Rotary we've managed to cover the key slots in the Asda Christmas Collection. Thank you to our new helpers!

There are still 4 Elf slots available if anyone else would like to help out:

Thursday 10th 4-6pm
Saturday 12th 2-4pm and 4-6pm
Tuesday 15th 2-4pm

Friends of Marple Memorial Park has supported Marple and Goyt Valley Rotary with their Christmas Collections for the last two years.

This has been great for Friends of the Park as we get a share of funds raised, and great for Rotary as (in their words) they are getting far too old for all this!

This year all the collection slots were filled by Friends of the Park and another local group but the other group has now pulled out.

This means that there are 20 x 2 hour slots available for people who would like to wear a Santa suit or a daft hat and be one of Santa's Elves for a few hours.

If anyone is interested in helping Friends of the Park and Marple Rotarians by volunteering there are slots available on all 4 days:

Thursday 10, Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Tuesday 15 December.
