I've just heard something that really concerns me. Apparently, Kelly's current venue is attracting so many people that many are being turned away owing to Health and Safety rules. Because of this lost revenue, Kelly's management have submitted plans to open up "Kelly's II" in the old Hanbury building.
With the current concerns about rowdy behavior from people walking down Hibbert Lane and Church Lane after closing time for the current Kelly's, I wonder how people feel about having another such establishment open up in the absolute centre of the town?
