Thank you, i have seen the adverts today, they are as you go up the hill towards Romiley on the left hand side. It say that its on the 18 June sand starts i think it said 2pm (not sure dont quote me).

Sorry, it's taken me a while to find anyone who knows and I still haven't managed to contact any of the organisers - all the phone numbers seem to have been changed!

But, YES - the Raft Race is apparently on next Sunday, the day after the Carnival.

Is the raft race being held this year, its normally after the carnival but i haven't seen any signs for it.
