For all you coffee lovers out there we now serve Freshly Ground Coffee (Cappucinno's, Espressos & Lattes, etc.), Hot Chocolate & of course Tea.
Now you don't even need to have a beer to enjoy your local, community pub!!

Dear me!!! Mr Mansfield, of course the Ringers takes plastic for food!!!
Wouldn't you expect me to cover every option when it comes to taking money from you???

Having, unfortunately, had our chef walk out I am now pleased to announce his replacement has arrived.
You either love him or you think he is quite nice but regardless of which....'Ron The Chef' is back at the Ringers!
As of Thursday 11th October he will be creating his vast repertoire for your enjoyment, why not give him a try?

We paid a visit last night too. Ive not been in the ringers for years, it was nice!
We ate there and then joined the quiz. The food we had was lovely (king prawn linguine....delicious!
'>. Uuuuum the quiz, well, lets just say Im not the sharpest knife in the knife block! but it was good fun.
I dont tend to go to the pubs in Marple as a few of them sometimes they resemble a "wild west saloon" with the smoke den atmospheres and bad language but Im glad to say I would return to this pub, it was a very nice experience

Spot on Andy!
That also gives me the opportunity to mention that the Ring o' Bells web site has now been updated with details of the main and bar menus. See
here
, also there's a photo of new chef Mike Love that you can use to scare your children

I would have thought some one would have beaten me to this review!
I thoroughly enjoyed a meal in the much improved Ringers the other day, and would urge others to follow suit, well presented, well thought through and much more than the standard 'pub grub' which we have all come to expect from local hostalries (sp?). If this standard stays popularity will grow and im sure it will become a real contender and give some of the overpriced restaurands in the area a run for there money.
The decor is fresher and the place feels brighter - the ringers smell has gone too! Although the 'if it can be polished then it shall be hung on the wall! ' attitude is going strong! and i like it!
My evening was crowned by one unsuspecting drinker reading his paper underneath the antlers which gave us all minutes of fun and is certainly one to watch out for!
