I was disappointed to hear, and read in the local paper, that the Dragon Railway at the garden centre in Otterspool had suffered a loss.
It appears that persons unknown have stolen the Christmas decorations that the railway had put up to cheer up the visitors. Another example of mindless opportunists out to make a quick bit of money at the expense of the wider community.
