For the last couple of years I have seen staff smoking outside Somerfield many many times and think it looks dreadful, especially when there are 2 or 3 of them doing it.  :o But it only struck me this afternoon that it is also a petrol station, with signs up asking people not to smoke!  :o :o :o

I work in Marple myself, and all the staff are asked to smoke out of view of customers. Other shops should do the same.

Does seeing staff stood smoking outside shops put you off going in?

I see this almost everyday outside Somerfield and often outside Iceland too. Not only does it look completely unprofessional but it gives a bad impression to customers.
