People contacting the action line did not think that they could contact the college direct  This is not the case, lots of concerned residents have arranged a meeting or had a personal telephone conversation with Mr Hubert   If the mountain doesn't come to Muhammad and all that, just give them a call as they appear to want to speak to people individually rather than a large group
