The owner of the Spar told me I couldn't use it because it was on his property.

Much appreciated with that. I'll contact them in the morning a I don't think they'll be very happy that he's stopping people from using.

Can anyone tell me who owns the rights to the cash machine outside the Spar?

I've just been to take some money out to be abruptly told that the cash machine is out of order and even if it wasn't I wasn't allowed to use it due to it being on private property.  I just wanted to email the bank to see if this is allowed to be done as I'm assuming this was said due to me not spending my money in the Spar.

Surely the machine is not just to take money out to use in the Spar?

If someone could tell me I would be very grateful just to put my mind at rest.
