If you have retuned your TV and now got BBC Wales instead of BBC North West here is the remedy. Start the Automatic Set Up again. Most TV's display a moving bar and when it hovers for a while about halfway across note this position, remove the TV aerial and restart the auto set up. Once the bar has gone past the position that you noted then plug the aerial into the TV again. This way it will have gone past the Welsh Transmitter and it will then pick up the NW Transmitter and all should be OK. If you don't get the right result it will either be because you replaced the aerial too early or too late, so try again until it works.
