When I were a lad, if I fell off playground equipment it was my fault. Not any more.

I suspect that this is the kind of equipment that doesn't meet modern H&S standards an, to protect themselves and to save a little cost,they're taking it out. I recall that the H&S argument was also used for other parks where the equipment was being removed. Was it Windlehurst or Torkington?

Near the top of Hollins Lane,. on the right, just before the junction.  It's very sad, and another blow to the dwindling park and play facilities in our area.  And in this case I can't believe it's saving much money.   :(

Where is this? I didn't know there was a playground in Mill Brow  ??? It would probably be the closest one too!
