After the fiasco of not gritting Brabyns Brow on Wednesday afternoon and bringing the local area to a standstill , today we have roadworks at the junction with town street and on the Romiley approach . This afternoon the roadworks had been completed and equipment removed but the traffic managment complete with lane closures still in place causing lengthy tail backs .
