I can recommend Chris Boughy's Chinese Kickboxing classes at St. Mary's Church Hall every Sunday at 5.30 pm and Tuesday at 7.30 pm.

I am looking for Martial Arts classes for my son who will be nine in June.  Does anyone have information on the location of suitable classes for him?  I am a total novice in this area so any information about the classes themselves would be useful ie what is the difference between the various martial arts.  Thanks
