2022 Marple Calendar to raise funds for Mellor Country House!You may remember that the
2021 Marple Canals and Waterways Calendar raised £200 for
Friends of Marple Memorial Park last year.
This year it's the turn of
Mellor Country House to benefit from the
2022 Marple Calendar published by
Marple Stationery Supplies.
The new calender features 12 stunning seasonal scenes by local photographer
Alex Robinson and is printed by local family firm
HB Printing.
This is the fourth year that Sarah at
Stationery Supplies has published her calendar and used the opportunity to support local causes too.
The 2019 and 2020 offerings raised £100 each for
Marple Carnival and
New Horizons respectively. In 2020 Sarah conducted a social media poll after
Friends of Memorial Park and
Mellor Country House were nominated by her customers. The poll resulted in
Friends of the Park receiving £200 from sales of the 2021 calendar and
Mellor Country House being nominated as the beneficiary of the 2022 calendar now on sale.
The calendar is a truly local initiative and costs only £6.Hopefully local folk will buy and send many copies far and wide to support
Mellor Country House this year!
