From his post it mentions living in the borough, surely Labour could find one person out of the 10k+ people in Marple South & High Lane.

Interesting to see that you drive a Hackney Cab. Where do you stand on the proposed CAZ in light of Andy Burnham insisting...

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

I would love the opportunity be the councillor for the ward, because I feel that I have the enthusiasm, passion and zest for to deliver a new leisure centre and provide clean transport whilst opposing new roads.
 
So me as a person, I battled with adversity whilst at school, leaving with lower end GCSE qualifications, despite having to overcome learning issues such as Dyspraxia and Dyslexia. After completing a year at college, I had a series of unrewarding labouring and call centre jobs, but I was keen to learn more to progress with my career and better my educational experiences.

During my mid 20's, fearing a life of jobs that were insecure and low paid jobs, I decided to study Social Sciences, Politics and Economics courses at the Open University and graduated with a BSc degree.
 
During this time, I was inspired by learning and the journey I was on, so I took up within my work place the role of trade union representative where my Union had access to funding through the union learn programme, and after redundancy went to study a PGCE at the University of Bolton where I completed a PGCE am currently a freelance skills tutor and also a Hackney Cab driver in the borough.

I believe in education as a route of of poverty and am proud of the investments our Labour run council have made in Special Educational needs.

About me, I'm a resident in Stockport, enjoy going to the gym, walking and swimming and am about to take up cycling again, this is when I'm not watching sport (mainly football). I am a parent of children in near by schools and think Marple South and High Lane may well be the most scenic ward in the borough.
